Vendmint vs Wix
You pick a Wix template once. Here you change the design in a sentence
Publish on Wix and you are living with the template you picked on day one, at three times the price. Here the storefront is generated for your brand — and regenerated whenever you want.
$9
is the Vendmint subscription
The cheapest Wix plan that can sell anything is Core, at $29 a month on annual billing.
1
is how many times you pick a Wix template
Once the site is published the template cannot be swapped — you rebuild instead. Here you regenerate a whole page or a single section.
0%
of your sales — same as Wix
A paid Wix plan takes no percentage of an order either. The difference is the subscription, the processing rate, and what you are allowed to do with the design.
See what actually stays with you
Set your monthly orders and average order value. We add up the subscription plus processing fees — neither Wix nor we take a percentage of the sale.

$20per month
$240 per year · against the Core plan
Vendmint is cheaper at any volume — both the subscription and the individual order cost less.
Wix lets you connect your own processor with nothing added per order. Do that and the whole gap is the subscription: $20 a month.
Rates as of August 2026, Wix prices at annual billing: Core $29, Business $39, Business Elite $159 a month (the Light plan cannot sell, so it is not offered here). Wix Payments in the US: 2.9% + 30¢. Stripe: cards 2.9% + 30¢ — at identical rates the entire difference lands on the subscription. Neither a paid Wix plan nor Vendmint takes a percentage of your sales. Wix frequently discounts the first year, and international cards and currency conversion cost more on both — check the current price lists before deciding.
Four things we do differently
The design is not a permanent decision
On Wix, changing template after publishing means a new site and copying the content across. Here you say what should be different and it is generated — on one page or across the whole store.
The AI does not stop at the first draft
Site builders generate a page once, at the start, then leave you with an editor. Here the prompt is how you work all the way through: rewrite a section, add a page, restyle the entire store.
You are not laying out pixels
Instead of dragging elements around and fixing a separate mobile view, you describe the section. The layout is responsive by construction, so the phone is not a second project to maintain.
The basics come with the plan, not the tier above it
Multiple languages, Meta, TikTok and GA4 pixels, storefront analytics, your own domain and team access ship with every plan — you do not unlock them by upgrading.

What comes with you from Wix, and what doesn't
Products and content export from Wix as a CSV and import here — the importer recognises the usual column names on its own. The design does not travel: Wix does not hand the site out, and says itself that switching a template keeps the content and not the look. Here you were never going to rebuild it by hand anyway — you describe the store and it is generated.
Wix on switching templates- Export products from Wix
- Import the CSV here
- Storefront generated fresh
- The import reads name, description, SKU, price, stock and collection from your file.
- One image and one price per product — variants and galleries you fill in from the panel.
- The domain is yours; you point it over once the new store is ready.
You do not have to do any of this yourself: we handle the move and charge nothing for it. Details on the migration page.
