Notice and takedown
We host stores and a marketplace, so we provide a way to report infringing content. If you are a rights holder (or act on behalf of one), submit a notice and we will act promptly on valid notices.
What a notice must include
- Identification of the work you claim is infringed.
- The exact location (URL) of the allegedly infringing content.
- Your contact details.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- Your signature (electronic is fine).
Where to send it
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you can submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the content and a statement that the removal was in error. We may restore the content if the reporter does not pursue the matter.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe rights.
Illegal content (DSA)
For reports of illegal content other than IP infringement, use the notice-and-action contact on the Contact page. We review reports, act where required, and let you contest our decision.
