Acceptable Use Policy

• Illegal goods or services, and counterfeit or knowingly infringing products.
• Weapons, explosives and regulated substances where prohibited.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
• Adult content where prohibited, and any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance).
• Misleading or fraudulent offers.

• Fraud and misleading buyers, including selling goods you cannot or do not intend to deliver.
• Fake reviews and manipulating social proof.
• Importing or publishing content in violation of third-party rights, or in a way that misleads about its origin.
• Payment fraud and money laundering.
• Spam via email or store forms, and phishing.

• Malware, or injecting harmful code or prompt injection into other people's stores.
• Circumventing limits, credits or access controls.
• Scraping, reverse engineering or attacks against the platform.

Do not use the AI to generate illegal, harmful or misleading content, or to create material that violates the terms of the underlying AI providers.

We may remove content, suspend or close accounts, and where warranted report activity to authorities. Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent termination.
